On September 21st PNG was given the opportunity to sponsor the 12th annual Aliso Viejo Charity Golf Classic. With Aliso being the backyard of our founder Joe Abbott we were excited to share PNG Living with the local golf community.
The charity sold out, with 144 golfers ready for a day on the course. All that signed up, were treated with a gift from not only PNG but all other charity sponsors who were involved in this great event. Shortly after being signed in, the $5,000 putting contest was underway. Two women were in the finals and it came down to one final putt where that $5,000 was up for grabs. The finalist was unable to complete that 60 footer to cash in.
The Shotgun start was off at 11:45am sharp and after some morning cocktails, hole 8 was a popular spot to rehydrate with PNG hydration refined. Our activation team spent 8hrs in the sun sharing laughs and educating our local community about what is PNG Living. We would like to thank our golf Pro Mike Glennie for taking time out of his schedule to come play with our team. We look forward to doing more with the golf community in the near future.
